RISING STARS OF IPL 8
In this blog which speaks about IPL 8, i would like to speak about the youngsters who had a brilliant IPL season with some tremendous batting as well as bowling performance.Some of the youngsters include names such as
1. Anureet Singh (KX1P)
Anureet Singh is a name that we might have never heard few years back, before IPL has started. Anureet
Singh is a player who was born on March 2,1988 and he plays for the Kings X1 Punjab. This youngster
has proved his worth for the team as well as the captain with some of his brilliant performances. The
youngster has grabbed his opportunity with both hands, and has never let down his team. He is one of the
top and leading wicket taker for the Kings X1 Punjab, one of the strong bowling pillars of his team.
Mitchell Johnson who is a teammate also gave him tips on how to increse his speed. Although his team
did not qualify in this years edition of the IPL Anureet Singh has won the hearts of not only all the Punjabis
but of all Indians.
2. Axar Patel (KX1P)
Axar Patel who plays for the Kings X1 Punjab, has surprised a quite alot of people with his outstanding
performance with the bowl. He has also won hearts of million of people across India. Axar Patel became
part of the IPL when he was signed by the Mumbai Indians in the year 2013 however his journey with the
Mumbai Indians did not start off very well as he spent the most of his time on the bench.Later on in the
year 2014 he was selected by the Kings X1 Punjab where in he started getting the regular starts and his
performance also was really up to the mark as a result of which he was selected by the Indian team due
to his brilliant performance in the IPL. This young lad is even compared to Indian all rounder Sir Ravindra
Jadeja for his performance.
3. Deepak Hooda (RR)
Deepak Hooda another Indian youngster has also proved his worthiness to the Rajasthan Royals. He is
a great asset to the team with some of his beautiful batting displays. Last year Deepak Hooda was a part
of the Indian U-19 world cup squad.In the 6th match of the IPL this year against the Delhi Daredevils,
Hooda played a terrific role helping his team to chase down the massive total posted by the Delhi
Daredevils on the scoreboard and thus leading his team to the finishing line. Hooda who is already getting
famous as the Indian 'Maxwell' for his powerful and accurate shots.He believes that success comes with
accuracy whether its any department that is bat or bowl.
4. Hardik Pandya (MI)
A unique and a fearless all-rounder, Hardik Pandya is yet another gem to the Indian cricket league.The
promising youngster who plays for the Mumbai Indians has stunned quite a lot of people across Indian,
with his mind blowing performance. He has the ability of striking the bowl very hard and clearing the
ropes with ease. He started getting recognised for his brilliant knock against the Kolkata Knight Riders
slamming 61 runs off just 30 balls and leading his team to victory. Pandya is known as the 'Hurricane'
for his most destructive innings,against any giant team or bowling attack. He is a man for the future
and constantly improving his chances into the future Indian squad. He is one of the most searched player
this year.
5. Sarfaraz Khan
The youngest player in the IPL history,the story of Indian U-19 prodigy Sarfaraz Khan. In his IPL debut
he made an unbeaten 45 off just 21 balls against the Rajasthan Royals. The young lad is also a quite
fascinating player with a wide range of shots, he played a brilliant knock against the Rajasthan Royals
when the batting order had collapsed he helped his team to post a score of 200 however rains did play
a spoilsport in the match as a result of which he started to get regular starts of his team. He won the
hearts of many Royal Challengers Fans with his brilliant batting performance the only thing he has to work
on is his fitness level, and he also has the ability to make any bowler sweat around the world with his
batting display. Sarfaraz's hunger for runs has always set him apart from other players from this league.
